I Found Myself Unable To Cope With Everyday Life

When we first connected my mum had just passed away unexpectedly and her executor did some really cruel things. My significant other was working so much and I felt at odds with his family which left me with little to no support.

As a stay-at-home mum with two small kids, I found myself unable to cope with my everyday life. I needed help working through my past trauma in order to be able to handle these situations better and feel more at peace.

I had worked with counselors before but never with a trauma coach whom I expected would teach me the tools to help me with everything. Before our first session, I felt excited and that never changed.

Since my coaching series, I am more confident, calmer and more receptive and accepting of everyone including myself!

I surprised myself the most with all the improvements I have been able to make in the most difficult situations and with my ability to accept people without sacrificing my boundaries.

My biggest learning was around how much my past trauma was affecting so many different areas of my life!!

I appreciated this experience so much - I definitely believe that it was good value and I really do notice a lot of change within myself.
