A restorative weekend of gentle healing and powerful re-awakening
“A circle of women is a multifaceted mirror in which each sees herself reflected.”
Jean Shinoda Bolen
Do you want to be confident, grounded and authentic, no longer held back by patterns learned in childhood to keep others comfortable?
In a busy world, it can be hard to make time for the inner work that helps you feel safe, self‑knowing and self‑loving.
That’s why I created this restorative women’s‑only retreat: a chance to slow down and prioritise becoming the mama and woman you want to be.
Over two days, you’ll learn to reach out to the child inside who has been waiting to be seen, validated and loved. You’ll notice how her unmet needs can hijack the present and how your past shapes how you live and connect.
We will practice giving her the holding she needs so fears, worries and old adaptive behaviours can soften. Let this rural sanctuary, surrounded by rolling hills, woods and private parkland, be the backdrop for gentle yet deep work that is both nurturing and empowering.
Come to be seen for who you truly are, while being nourished by Nature and the feminine.
A tranquil sanctuary in which you will rest, heal and restore your connection with your inner child, whilst being held by the beauty of your natural surroundings.
This retreat is for you if you:
Have been meaning to gently explore your past but have never felt safe or held enough to do so.
Are fed up of black‑and‑white thinking, people‑pleasing, catastrophising, over‑giving, over‑working or needing to be perfect.
Find it hard to let go, feel uncomfortable when you’re not “busy,” and feel you must earn the right to rest or receive.
Chase validation but find it hard to let others in, or struggle to ask for support and feel exhausted by doing it all on your own.
Yearn to come together — as women — to listen, share and remember what it means to feel seen and supported without the need to perform, please or hide.
