Becoming Free
Retreat
8 - 10th May 2026, Rutland, UK
A restorative weekend of gentle healing
and powerful re-awakening
Do you want to feel confident, grounded and authentic, no longer held back by patterns learned in childhood to keep others comfortable?
In a busy world, it can be hard to make time for the inner work that helps you feel safe and loved.
That’s why I created this restorative, women’s‑only retreat: a chance to slow down and prioritise becoming the mama and woman you want to be.
Over two days of gentle, guided self-exploration, you will:
learn how to reach out to the child inside who has been waiting to be seen, validated and loved
notice how her unmet needs can hijack the present
discover how your past shapes how you live and connect
practice giving your inner child the holding she needs so that fears, worries and old adaptive behaviours can soften
Let the rural sanctuary that will be the setting for our retreat - surrounded by rolling hills, woods and private parkland - be the backdrop for gentle yet deep work that is both nurturing and empowering; come to be seen for who you truly are, while being nourished by Nature and the feminine.
This retreat is for you, if you:
have been meaning to explore your past with compassionate curiosity but have never felt safe or held enough to do so
are fed up of black‑and‑white thinking, people‑pleasing, catastrophising, over‑giving, over‑working or needing to be perfect
find it hard to let go, feel uncomfortable when you’re not busy, and feel you must ‘earn’ the right to rest or receive
chase validation but find it hard to let others in, or struggle to ask for support and feel exhausted by doing it all on your own
yearn, deep down, to come together with other women to listen, share and remember what it means to feel seen and supported without the need to perform, please or hide
About the Retreat
In this short video, I share more about the inner work and healing that we will do during the retreat.
“A circle of women is a multifaceted mirror in which each sees herself reflected.”
